Norris Chester
Norris Chester brings the heartbeat of the Caribbean to The Cosmos Band. Born and raised in Guyana, he’s a self-taught percussionist whose natural rhythm and expressive beats energize every performance. His dedication to service matches his passion for music. As a humanitarian, manager, and hardworking truck driver, Norris is known for his discipline, reliability, and steady leadership.
Whether on stage or behind the scenes, Norris shows up with intention. For him, every beat carries a message, and his mission is to inspire, uplift, and move people through rhythm.

Zion Kidd
Zion Kidd is the soulful lead vocalist and songwriter of The Cosmos Band. His musical journey began in church as a drummer, where he developed a deep love for rhythm and performance. Over the years, he pushed himself to grow beyond percussion and became a fully versatile musician who plays multiple instruments and DJs at live events.
Zion’s mission is simple: to spread positive energy, inspire through music, and create vibes that connect people. Passionate, talented, and always evolving, he continues to shape his sound as the multitalented force at the heart of the band.

Bass Guitarist | Performer | Selecta Sherwin
Sherwin King
Sherwin King was born in Guyana and now calls Brooklyn, New York home. His musical journey began in childhood when he discovered his passion for the guitar. That passion grew in church, where he learned to play and eventually became the bass guitarist for his congregation. Still, Sherwin always felt called to a bigger stage and broader sound.
Known musically as Selecta Sherwin, he brings depth, groove, and versatility to ZionKid & The Cosmoz Band as their bass guitarist. Influenced by a range of genres, Sherwin’s style connects with audiences from all walks of life. He plays not just to perform, but to entertain, uplift, and bring people together through music.

Guitarist | Bassist | Audio Engineer
Frank Davis
Frank Davis was born in the Bronx to Antiguans Parents and discovered his love for music early in life. Encouraged by his parents and his former pastor, he began playing guitar at 14 and has continued studying it ever since. Influenced and taught by some of Antigua’s top guitarists, Frank developed a versatile style, playing both by ear and by music across multiple genres.
In addition to guitar and bass, Frank holds two degrees in electrical engineering and was trained by his church to operate the audio and mixing board for services. Music and technical skill run deep in his family. He works in a family business started by his late father and performs alongside his brother, the band's drummer.
Frank has played at the world-famous Apollo Theater twice, performed on a cruise ship with a gospel group, and continues to bring his experience to new stages. His mission is simple: to touch hearts through music and share his God-given gifts with ZionKid & The Cosmoz Band.

Christian Scott
Christian Scott is a talented young musician and a proud high school student with a passion for sound and creativity. A self-taught pianist, Christian spends much of his free time at the keys, exploring melodies, rhythms, and new musical ideas.
Driven and curious, he’s committed to expanding his skills and learning as many instruments as possible. His dedication, discipline, and enthusiasm bring fresh energy to ZionKid & The Cosmoz Band, representing the next generation of musical talent.

Drummer | Percussionist | Timekeeper
Reginald Davis
Reginald Davis was born and raised in the Bronx to West Indian parents from Antigua and Barbuda. His passion for music—especially the drums—began early, long before he owned his first drum set. By age 12, he was already developing a sound shaped by diverse musical influences, from funk and hip-hop to soca, reggae, gospel, jazz, soul, and Latin music.
Throughout his teen years, Reginald played Tenor drums in Drum and Bugle Corps, marched in high school bands, and performed in jazz and Carib Jazz ensembles. In college, he continued refining his craft, studying music appreciation, performing with jazz big bands, and even learning classical timpani. His talent has taken him to notable stages, including two performances at the world-famous Apollo Theater and a cruise ship performance with a gospel group.
Music runs deep in his family. Reginald works in the family business founded by his late father and performs alongside his brother, the band’s lead guitarist. Today, he proudly serves as the drummer and timekeeper for ZionKid & The Cosmoz Band, bringing power, precision, and Caribbean soul to every performance.

Chinasa Okoro
Chinasa Okoro is a gifted multi-instrumentalist whose love for music began at a young age. She started playing piano by ear before her mother enrolled her in formal lessons, where her talent quickly grew. That early foundation opened the door to her passion for the violin, guitar, and singing.
While currently pursuing her medical degree, Chinasa continues to make time for her creative side. Music remains her escape, her balance, and her joy. Her unique blend of discipline and artistry brings a beautiful depth to The Cosmos Band.

Vocolist
K-So
K-So is a dynamic vocalist and a core backup singer for Zion Kidd & The Cosmoz Band. Known for his strong harmonies and smooth vocal presence, he adds depth, balance, and energy to the band’s live performances.
Passionate about music and performance, K-So plays a key role in enhancing the band’s sound and bringing each song to life on stage. His commitment to supporting the lead vocals and elevating the overall experience makes him an essential part of the Cosmoz sound.

Sound Engineer | Audio Specialist
Gregory Silan
Gregory Silan is the sound engineer for Zion Kidd & The Cosmoz Band, responsible for delivering clear, balanced, and powerful audio at every performance. With a strong ear for detail and precision, Gregory ensures that each instrument and vocal is heard exactly as intended.
Working closely with the band, he manages live sound, mixing, and overall audio quality to create a seamless experience for audiences. His technical expertise and behind-the-scenes dedication play a critical role in shaping the band’s professional sound on stage and beyond.
